Help! I can't enter my player name!

There is a known issue where input characters from unsupported languages won't show up during player name entry. Sorry about that! We hope to have a fix for it soon.

Help! My spider fell through the world and now I'm stuck!

In very rare circumstances the Spider may fall through a tiny crack and you might appear stuck. Whoops. You can open the main menu (the ? in the lower right corner of the screen) and restart the current level. We hope to have a better solution for this in the near future.

Is my language supported?

Spider is currently translated into English, French, Italian, German, Italian, Polish, Russian, and Brazilian Portugese. On iOS, your system language has to be set to one of these to play in your language of choice. On Steam, you may need to set the language of the game (right click the game in your library, select Properties, then select Language) to play in your language of choice. Otherwise, we try to use the language of whatever computer you are using!
